Jefferson County Bowhunters

Jefferson County Bowhunters, out of Mt Olive just outside Birmingham, is an ASA-affiliated club, which means its shoots are built around scored 3D targets and a bowhunting-focused membership rather than conventional flat-range archery. Central Alabama has a deep bowhunting tradition, and clubs carrying the ASA badge tend to serve as a season-long tune-up circuit for hunters as much as a competitive outlet for target archers. For archers around Mt Olive and the greater Birmingham area, this looks like a natural local option for realistic 3D practice ahead of hunting season.
