The City of Yuma

The City of Yuma runs a USA Archery-affiliated program that combines a Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) pathway for young shooters with a separate Adult Archery Program, making it a rare municipally-tied option in this part of Arizona for archers of any age to get structured instruction. Yuma's desert climate supports outdoor archery much of the year, and a JOAD pipeline in the area gives local kids an actual path from beginner lessons toward competitive shooting. Contacting the program directly is the way to confirm current session schedules.
