Lancaster Joad Team

Lancaster JOAD Team is a USA Archery affiliated club in Lancaster, Pennsylvania built specifically around the Junior Olympic Archery Development program, USA Archery's structured pathway for young competitive archers. Unlike broader hybrid clubs that run several programs side by side, this team's name and listed affiliation point to a focused youth-development operation rather than open recreational shooting or adult classes. That kind of specialization usually means a coaching staff and practice schedule built around tournament preparation. Details on practice location, age requirements, or tryout process aren't listed here. Parents or young archers in the Lancaster area interested in the JOAD pathway should contact the team directly for enrollment information.
