Archery Ranges Canada is a social platform for archers.

Here you can log your practice and track your ARC Rating. When you want a new place to shoot, the site also has a directory of ranges you can search by city, and each one has its own page.

What can you do here?

  • Log your practice. You pick a bowstyle and a round, and then you can enter your total or plot each arrow where it hit on the target face.
  • Earn an ARC Rating. Lower is better, and 0 is perfect.
  • See where you rank. The leaderboard counts what members did this month.
  • Find a range. Each listing shows where the range is, how to reach it, and whether it is indoor or outdoor.

How does the ARC Rating work?

The ARC Rating is a handicap. You get one for each round and bowstyle you shoot. It stays provisional until 8 scores feed it.

Each score is turned into its 720 equivalent, so your rating means the same thing on any round you shoot. That is why a beginner and a national shooter can each chase a number of their own and still compare.

Is a listing wrong?

Tell us. We will fix it. If you run the range, claim your listing so you can keep every detail on it up to date for the archers who look you up.

What do archers ask us?

Is Archery Ranges Canada free for archers?

Yes, you can search for ranges and log your scores for free.

What is a good ARC Rating?

The lower your rating, the better you shoot, and if you shoot X's on a perfect round, your rating can even drop below 0.

How do I find an archery range near me?

Type a city or a range name into the search box on the home page. Each result opens a page with the address and contact details.
